 Questions, letters, venting and pleas for help from CyberParent readers. 

I am a single mother of a 10 month old son. Recently my brother was killed in
a car wreck and my son is too young to understand what is going on and doesn't understand why he hasn't seen his uncle. I would appreciate any information that you could send me on how to deal with my own grief as well as help my son through this difficult time. Also, I would like any information you could give me on how to be the best parent I can be. My son's father gave up all rights to my son and this is very hard for me to understand. Please help me with anything you can do.
