When your penis says "no," what do you say to a beautiful woman in a sexy red teddy who says "yes?"

"Don't apologize," writes Herb Goldberg, Ph.D., author of The Inner Male. "If you treat it casually, perhaps the woman will  treat it casually also, if she cares about you."

Goldberg suggests you find other ways to please her, then don't dwell on it. That could trigger performance anxiety, which makes recurrence  more likely.

And the next time you eat a big steak, baked potato with all the fixings, and a salad smothered in blue-cheese dressing, consider what you're doing to your blood supply!
