The cost of comfort is going up. We all know it but maybe we have not really thought out what that means.

We will either pay the increased costs of comfort from energy supplied by an ever decreasing supply of fossil fuels or we will pay the costs of renewable energy or we stay uncomfortable.

Durability is also a point of contention. We want the energy-efficient measures we make today to endure way into the future.

It's really a choice of how we spend our money or, put another way, how we keep from losing the money we have.
