CyberParent's "Cream" Gravy.
There is a healthy way to make cream gravy for mashed potatoes, rice, etc.
| 1.5 cups soy or oat milk. 1 T cornstarch Salt and pepper to taste Optional 1/2 tsp. roasted, seasoned garlic. |
Stir cornstarch into milk until smooth and lump free. Add
salt and optional seasoned garlic plus pepper to
taste. Heat, stirring constantly, until desired thickness. Serve immediately. If gravy thickens upon standing, add additional soy milk or vegetable broth. |
