Healthy Recipes
In the interest of health, no recipe submitted to Healthy can have animal, poultry or fish products including dairy and eggs. And go slow on the vegetable fat. We call this mode of eating "healthy." A few days a week on these recipes will do wonders for your waistline and your arteries. In fact, more and more experts are beginning to recommend a few meatless meals a week in the interest of nutritional health. However, removing the meat is of less value if we replace the saturated fat of meat with the saturated fat of dairy and eggs. So, these recipes are meatless, then taken one step further: dairyless and eggless. Some recipes are repeated from other sections because they "fit the bill:" meatless, eggless, and dairyless.
